CV Management

 

Manage the curriculum vitae of academic staff by monitoring and updating qualifications, research activities, appointments, special responsibilities, memberships and teaching in one single place.

 

 

 

User Management

 

You are empowered to manage it all yourself! Create – Edit – Delete user accounts! Micado also empowers you to grant users one of four different user profiles allowing different read and write access.

      

Discipline and Course Management 

Create, edit and manage your own disciplines and courses. Furthermore, you have the ability to assign individual courses to disciplines.

        

Entity Management 

This feature empowers you to create and edit the values of drop lists.

   

 

 

Data Import

 

 

Easy and quick set up! Save time by using the upload functionality to upload your existing data at minimal time effort. (Upload teaching hours, research outputs, memberships, appointments, qualifications etc. within a blink of an eye)

 

 

Data Archiving

Data gathering and maintenance

 

Micado’s concept of gathering data from different sources is unique and will save you valuable time! Micado offers you the possibility to assign certain profile updates to different administrators, managers or even lecturers using a separate front end mask. - Take advantage of decentralising the data gathering and maintenance and separating the data maintenance tasks from the actual sensitive and decision making information.

Micado’s forms contain automated data input validation to ensure only the correct type of data will be recorded.

Micado allows multiple users to access an application at the same time. Micado imposes no limits on the number of concurrent users.

Documents and pictures

Documents and pictures can be stored in the database just like any other data. While pictures are automatically displayed on forms, documents can be viewed within a browser by the appropriate document editor.

Customisable look and feel

Users can easily adjust look and feel of their application. You can choose colours and fonts, specify which panels are visible on the screen and their sizes (banner, footer, side panels, etc.), etc. Users can also choose to have different layout for different parts of their application.
